About the Project

Mario Berlucci is a Russian premium women's footwear and accessories brand with its own e-commerce website and mobile app.

My Role

As a Product Designer, I was responsible for:

• Designing and improving key stages of the customer journey, including the product catalog, product page, shopping cart, checkout, and user account
• Building and maintaining the UI kit
• Designing interfaces and assets for CRM communications, marketing campaigns, and referral programs
• Designing landing pages and product pages
• Conducting design reviews to ensure implementation quality and consistency
• Defining tasks and coordinating the work of graphic and motion designers
