About the project

The project is under NDA, I can tell you more details only at the interview.

The Conductor portal is a web application that allows users to automate the processes performed by employees of train crews of high speed electric express trains (”Sapsan”) and commuter intercity electric multiple unit trains (”Lastochka”).

Problems

1. The development has been implementing for a long time without a unified concept and any design work.
2. All interface elements were invented by the developers themselves, which led to the lack of a unified style and structure.
3. New functions were added gradually, often without taking into account existing modules, which eventually made it more difficult to navigate and understand the logic of the system.

Tasks

1. Create a new design in accordance with the brandbook and the design system of Russian Railways.
