About the project

WaiDoo — is an international B2B platform that helps Chinese manufacturers enter the Russian market. It combines key aspects of the work: integration with sales channels, localization of goods, document management, logistics, storage, analytics and promotion.

At the moment, the platform is in the last stage of development.

My role in the project

As a product designer, I developed individual platform modules, improved user experience, and systematized design processes. I've been working on creating user-friendly interfaces, analyzing user scenarios, and implementing common design standards.

Main tasks

1. Designing platform modules

I designed a Promotion module that allows users to work with marketplace advertising tools (Ozon, Wildberries):

• Management of promotions and discounts.
• Setting up product promotion via the API.
• Recommendations for promotion based on analytics.
• The ability to select products for promotion manually or according to the recommendations of the platform.
• Cost control and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

2. Site map creation

I created a platform map to link disparate modules into a single system and improve the user experience.
